Elena Cogato Lanza

Elena Cogato Lanza est née à Vicenza en 1964. Elle est Professeure titulaire au Laboratoire d'urbanisme, Faculté ENAC, EPFL. Son champ de recherche se situe à l'intersection entre l'histoire de l'urbanisme, la théorie urbaine et le design du paysage. Outre ses activités d'enseignement et de recherche, elle est intensément engagée dans le champ éditorial, en tant que fondatrice de la collection "vueDensemble" aux éditions Metispresses, et membre de différents comités éditoriaux à l'international.

Elena Cogato Lanza was born in Vicenza in 1964. She is Professeure titulaire at the Laboratory of Urbanism, Faculty ENAC, EPFL. Her field of research is characterized by the intersection between the history of urbanism and the theory of urban and landscape design. Along with her research and teaching activities, she is intensely enga- ged in the editorial field, as founder of the collection vuesDensemble for Metispresses, and as a member of various international editorial boards.
