Ol'shanskii. Since then, she has been working at the University of Geneva, most recently as an associate professor on a Swiss National Science Foundation professorship. Her early works on random groups evolved into the so-called Arzhantseva-Ol'shanskii method and more recent results concern coarse embeddings of graphs and groups into Hilbert and Banach spaces.
